1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "qq1889," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the qq1889 gaming platform, operated under the domain qq1889.cam, including all associated services, software, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses qq1889 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player on the qq1889 platform, including all associated credentials, balances, and transaction history.
• "Services" refers to all gaming services provided by qq1889, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, traditional games such as togel (lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and other entertainment offerings.
• "Deposit" refers to any funds transferred by a Player to their qq1889 Account using approved payment methods including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a Player's qq1889 Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives offered by qq1889 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Game Providers" refers to third-party licensed software providers whose games are made available on qq1889, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Residency

To register and maintain an Account on qq1889, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. qq1889 strictly enforces age verification and will request proof of age during the account verification process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 Account Restrictions

• You may not allow any other person to use your Account or access qq1889 services through your credentials.
• You may not register an Account on behalf of another person or entity.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of qq1889 or its Game Providers may be restricted from creating Accounts or participating in promotions.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from using qq1889 services:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Individuals who have previously had their Account suspended or terminated by qq1889 for violation of these Terms.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gaming activities on qq1889 or any other gaming platform.
• Individuals acting on behalf of, or in collusion with, other Players to defraud or gain unfair advantage on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on qq1889, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Valid email address that you have access to and monitor regularly.
• Date of birth (you must be 21 years or older).
• Residential address in Indonesia.
• Contact phone number.
• Secure password that meets our security requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and maintained in your Account profile remains accurate, current, and complete. You must notify qq1889 immediately of any changes to your registration information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

qq1889 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. The KYC verification process may require you to submit:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document.
• Additional documentation as requested by our compliance team.

All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. Altered, expired, or illegible documents will be rejected. qq1889 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or in cases of suspicious activity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by qq1889.
• Immediately notify qq1889 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.

qq1889 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials or from unauthorized use of your Account that occurs before you notify us of the security breach.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

qq1889 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other approved digital payment platforms.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified in a promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though some payment methods may take up to 15 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support.

qq1889 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own processing fees, which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met all wagering requirements associated with any active bonuses.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your qq1889 Account.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. qq1889 aims to process most withdrawals within 15 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM WIB) may be processed on the next business day.

qq1889 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals, withdrawals to new payment methods, or in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected. Such checks may delay processing by up to 72 hours.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

qq1889 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies in compliance with international standards. We reserve the right to reject deposits or delay withdrawals if we suspect money laundering or other illegal activity. As a general rule, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to use qq1889 as a money transfer service without genuine gaming activity may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

qq1889 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in promotional communications.

• Using betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event).
• Exploiting software errors or glitches to gain unfair advantage.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses, winnings, and potentially their deposits forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on qq1889 is governed by specific rules provided by the Game Provider. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing. Game rules can typically be accessed within the game interface or from the Game Provider's website. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the decision record maintained by the Game Provider's server shall be considered final and binding.

6.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

Players found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Accounts immediately suspended, funds frozen, and winnings forfeited. qq1889 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.

6.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting services, including football betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions:

• All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not start as scheduled, bets may be voided or settled based on the specific market rules.
• qq1889 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Player had knowledge of the outcome.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may result in bet voidance, even after settlement.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

While qq1889 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance and technical difficulties.
• Internet connectivity issues or failures of third-party services.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, wars, or government actions.
• Actions of Game Providers or payment processors beyond our control.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

qq1889 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq1889's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, and other torts.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by qq1889

qq1889 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we reasonably believe:

• You have violated these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your Account activity presents unusual or suspicious patterns.
• You have engaged in abusive behavior toward qq1889 staff or other Players.

During suspension, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or process withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

8.2 Termination by qq1889

qq1889 may permanently terminate your Account and refuse to provide services to you if:

• You have seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms & Conditions.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
• You have been found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You are found to be underage (under 21 years) or otherwise ineligible.

Upon termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to qq1889. Winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. During the self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months), your Account will be closed and you will not be able to access qq1889 services. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and practices. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined below.

In the event of a dispute between you and qq1889, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. 10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments

qq1889 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of qq1889 services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and qq1889 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

10.4 Assignment
